Monitor and ensure quality standards throughout the garment production process, from fabric inspection to final shipment.

Conduct and supervise inline, end-line, and final inspections to identify and prevent quality defects.

Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, approved samples, measurement charts, workmanship standards, and AQL requirements.

Inspect fabric, trims, accessories, sewing, finishing, packing, and overall garment quality.

Identify, analyze, and report quality defects and take timely corrective actions.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Monitor production lines and provide feedback to operators and supervisors to minimize defects and rework.

Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, defect records, quality summaries, and other QA documentation.

Ensure compliance with buyer quality requirements, factory quality procedures, and applicable industry standards.

Follow up on corrective actions and verify their effectiveness before production or shipment approval.

Support internal quality audits and assist in implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Train and guide QC inspectors and production teams on quality standards, defect prevention, and inspection procedures.

Analyze quality performance data and provide recommendations to management for improving product quality and reducing rejection, rework, and alteration.

Maintain effective communication with buyers' representatives, QA teams, and internal stakeholders when required.

Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and maintain consistent product quality throughout production.
